Terms

Terms of service.

Last updated · May 26, 2026

These terms govern your use of Harbor, a workspace-scoped control plane for AI agents, connected tools, runs, workflows, and related APIs.

TL;DR

Harbor is a workspace-scoped MCP control plane operated by Zonko Labs Private Limited. By creating an account, joining a workspace, connecting an integration, or invoking a tool, you agree to these Terms. You retain ownership of your content and connected-service data; Harbor receives a limited operating license to process it on your behalf. You must not violate law or third-party rights, access another user’s account, send abusive traffic, or store data you do not have authority to handle. AI output may be inaccurate — review it before relying on it. Harbor is provided “as is.” See our privacy policy for how data flows through the service.

Key terms used in this document

  • Service. Harbor — the workspace-scoped MCP control plane, the dashboard, the hrbr CLI, the @zonko-ai/harbor package, the cli-mcp stdio adapter, the remote MCP server at mcp.tryharbor.ai, and related APIs.
  • Workspace. Harbor’s top-level isolation boundary. Memberships, roles, plugin installs, OAuth tokens, per-tool grants, runs, and audit logs are scoped to a workspace.
  • Connected service. A third-party service connected to a Harbor workspace via OAuth, API key, MCP server, or webhook — e.g. Linear, GitHub, Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, Postgres, Stripe. Browse the full catalog under plugins.
  • Tool. A typed callable surface exposed by a connected plugin, invokable from hrbr exec or via the remote MCP server.
  • Run. A single audited execution of hrbr exec, a job invocation, or an app request, with spans for tool calls, sandbox stdout/stderr, plugin dispatch, and orbit access.
  • Acceptable Use.The list of prohibited uses under section “Acceptable use” below.

Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Harbor, operated by Zonko Labs Private Limited (“Harbor”, “we”, or “us”). By creating an account, joining a workspace, connecting an integration, invoking a tool, or otherwise using Harbor, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Harbor.

What Harbor is

Harbor helps teams connect AI agents to third-party services, APIs, internal tools, and MCP servers through a workspace-scoped control plane. Agents can read, write, or transform data through authorized tools only within the scopes, credentials, grants, and workspace policies you approve.

Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 where local law sets a higher age of digital consent.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate account and workspace information and keep it current.
  • You may not use Harbor if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

Third-party integrations

Harbor lets you connect third-party services through OAuth, API keys, MCP servers, webhooks, or similar mechanisms. When you connect a service:

  • You authorize Harbor to access that service on your behalf, limited by the permissions shown during setup and the grants configured in Harbor.
  • Your use of the third-party service remains governed by that service’s own terms and privacy policy.
  • You can revoke Harbor’s access from Harbor’s dashboard or from the provider’s own account settings.
  • Harbor is not responsible for third-party outages, rate limits, data quality, permission changes, or API changes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Harbor to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right.
  • Access another user’s account, workspace, credentials, or connected-service data without authorization.
  • Send spam, phishing content, malware, or abusive automated traffic.
  • Probe, interfere with, overload, or reverse-engineer Harbor beyond ordinary product and API usage.
  • Bypass or interfere with security, authorization, or access-control mechanisms in Harbor or a connected service.
  • Store or process data you do not have lawful authority to handle.
  • Use AI agents or generated output in ways that violate applicable model-provider or connected-service policies.

Your content and connected-service data

  • Ownership. You retain ownership of content you submit to Harbor and data in your connected services. These Terms do not transfer ownership to Harbor.
  • License to operate Harbor. You grant Harbor a limited, non-exclusive license to access, process, transmit, and store your content and connected-service data only as needed to provide Harbor, operate authorized tools and workflows, secure the service, and maintain auditability.
  • Data handling. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and retain data.

AI-generated output

Harbor may route requests to AI models or agent runtimes configured for your workspace. Output from those systems:

  • May be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, non-deterministic, or unsuitable for your intended use.
  • Should be reviewed by a human before relying on it, especially for important decisions.
  • Does not constitute legal, medical, financial, security, or other professional advice.

Fees and billing

Some Harbor features may be free, usage-based, trial-based, or paid. If you use a paid plan, fees, billing cadence, limits, taxes, renewals, and cancellation terms will be shown at purchase or in the applicable order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.

Suspension and termination

  • You may stop using Harbor or close your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or abuse risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required by law.
  • After termination, data deletion and retention are handled as described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable workspace agreement.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Harbor is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Harbor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of Harbor. Harbor’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid Harbor for the service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the claim arose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zonko Labs Private Limited and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of Harbor, your violation of these Terms, your content, or your use of connected third-party services.

Governing law and disputes

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Zonko Labs Private Limited, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing a formal claim, both sides agree to try to resolve disputes informally by contacting support@zonko.ai.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify account holders by email or in-product notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of Harbor after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
